Items are eligible for return up to 15 days after delivery.
Order cancellation prior to shipment -- 100% refund including shipping charges, no questions asked.
Order cancellation after shipment (unopened/opened merchandise) -- Refund less shipping charges and 25% restocking fee.
Our mistake or defective part shipped -- No charge, we take care of everything of course, including scheduling of pickup for return merchandise.
